SEO Job Description

As an SEO Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, reviewing, and implementing strategies to optimize websites for search engines.

Your work will directly impact our clients’ organic visibility, website traffic, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform keyword research and identify new ranking opportunities
• Optimize website content, titles, and meta tags for better visibility
• Conduct on-page and technical SEO audits
• Build high-quality backlinks through outreach and guest posting
• Track, analyze, and report website performance using Google Analytics and Search Console
• Collaborate with the content and design teams for SEO-friendly campaigns
• Stay updated with the latest SEO algorithms, trends, and tools
• Conduct competitor analysis and recommend actionable improvements

Skills Required

• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and Google ranking factors
• Hands-on experience with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Search Console
• Knowledge of WordPress and basic HTML (preferred)
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new SEO trends

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field
• Certification in Digital Marketing / SEO / Google Ads (preferred but not mandatory)

Salary Range

• ₹2.2 LPA to ₹4.5 LPA (Based on skills and experience)
• Performance bonuses and incentives based on SEO results

Work Schedule

• Full-time | Monday – Friday
• Flexible work hours for remote employees
